- Delivery within India: 3–10 Business Days (depending on location)
- Bulk or custom orders may require additional processing time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to transportation or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

- Order Quantity
- Product Weight
- Transport Mode
The final shipping cost will be shared before order confirmation.
4. Delivery Areas
We supply our products across India through trusted transport and logistics partners. For bulk orders or dealership enquiries, please contact our sales team.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, the transport details or tracking information (if available) will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
6. Delivery Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please inform the delivery personnel and contact WET Technology™ immediately.

Return & Refund Policy
WET Technology™
At WET Technology™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Eligible for Return or Replacement
Products may be eligible for return or replacement only if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Return Request
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@wettechnologys.in with:

- Description of the Issue
Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been opened or used.
- The product has been stored improperly.
- Damage is caused by incorrect handling or application.
- The request is made after the return period.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For approved replacements, a new product will be dispatched as soon as possible.
